Ruddington’s Got Talent!

Or has it??

Well, that’s for YOU to prove! A new event to round off this year’s RuddFest is providing a showcase for village performers to do their thing on the big stage at The White Horse pub in our village.

Organiser Andy Hunt told RUDDINGTON.info “It’s a talent show for all ages of Ruddington. From musicians to magicians. If they have what it takes we will provide their stage!!!”

Online auditions are now being invited – where wannabe contestants just need to send a video of their audition by private message on the White Horse Facebook page. “We will then pick the best acts to appear on stage in from of the judging panel, which will include Stacey Gaunt from Freedom Dance in the village, renowned Nottingham singer Steve Mcgill and one other to be confirmed,” says Andy.

It will take place from 2pm on Sunday the 4th of June and everyone will be welcome to go along and watch. Family and friends are particularly encouraged. So, if you have a hidden talent, submit YOUR audition NOW!

We’ll aim to publish the list of successful acts who’ll compete on the day nearer the time.
